From Mentorship to Published Illustrator and Agency Representation at The Bright Agency

Anastasia Yustus is a children’s book illustrator based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Working traditionally with watercolour, she creates beautiful, atmospheric illustrations filled with warmth and a touch of magic.

Through the Creative Launch Programme and Helen Biles Studio outreach, Anastasia Yustus secured a publishing commission to illustrate Cloud Lovers by Alena Letscher, published by Weltentdecker Verlag.

Cloud Lovers is a sensitive and beautifully told picture book about saying goodbye, grief and the comforting power of memory. It gently helps children understand the loss of a beloved pet, showing them that those we love can remain in our hearts forever.

Anastasia continues to follow her dream and has since achieved another long-held career goal: securing representation with The Bright Agency, where she is now represented as a children’s book illustrator.
